The Economic Monitoring Service Urbecon designed and created this methodology in response to clients' need for a statistical situational analysis of a local economy. The EMS tells the story behind the numbers and gives a clear picture of what is happening in the local economy. It is an essential precursor to professional strategy development or review. Project Design, Finance and Appraisal Our team can help turn your good idea into a viable, costed scheme and provide a supporting feasibility study. We can test financial viability and help to identify sources and types of financial assistance.
